Privacy Policy
Last updated 29 July 2026
This policy explains what happens to information when you visit TTC-solutions.org, the website of Tiff Top Community Solutions, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization in Columbus, Ohio.
This policy covers the website only
Information you share with us in person while receiving services is handled separately, under the confidentiality practices that govern our programs. Those practices are stricter than this policy. Ask any staff member and we will walk you through them.

The short version
- We do not sell, rent or trade your information. Not to anyone, ever.
- The contact forms on this site are a way to reach us. They are not an application, and there is no account and no login.
- We do not run advertising or advertising trackers on this site.
- Beyond the ordinary records every website keeps, we collect very little.
What we collect
Information you send us on purpose
If you call the phone number or write to the email address listed on this site, we receive whatever you choose to tell us — your name, your contact details, and the substance of your message. We keep it as long as we need it to respond to you and to maintain our organizational records.
Two pages on this site — Contact Us and Looking for Help — carry a form you can use instead of calling. Those forms ask for your name, how to reach you, and a short answer about why you are getting in touch, so that we can route your message to the right person and reply. Anything you type into the optional message box comes to us as well. Submissions are delivered to our staff email and are treated the same way as any other message you send us. Using a form is always optional; the phone number and the office address do the same job.
Ordinary website records
Our hosting provider automatically records standard technical information when a page is requested, including the IP address of the visitor, the browser and device type, the pages requested, and the date and time. This is how essentially all websites operate. We use these records to keep the site running, secure and available.
Fonts loaded from Google
The typefaces used across this site are delivered by Google Fonts. When a page loads, your browser requests those font files directly from Google's servers, which means Google receives your IP address and basic browser information as part of that request. This happens on every page of the site.
Donations
Donations are handled by a third-party donation platform, not by this website. When you give, your payment details go to that platform under its own privacy policy. We never see or store your card number. We do receive the information the platform passes on to us about the gift — typically the donor's name, contact details and the amount — so that we can acknowledge it and keep the records a nonprofit is required to keep.
What we do not collect
- No intake or enrollment through this site. Sending a form does not apply for services and does not enroll anyone in a program. Services start with a conversation in person.
- No health, treatment or record information. Our forms never ask about your health, your recovery history, your criminal record, your immigration status or your finances, and we ask you not to type those details into them. That information is gathered in person, if at all, and is covered by the paragraph above about services received in person.
- No accounts. There is nothing to sign up for and no password to create.
- No advertising or analytics trackers as of the date at the top of this page. If we add website analytics later, we will update this policy and this date first.
- No cookies set by us. This website does not place its own cookies on your device.
How we use information
We use what we have in order to:
- respond to your call, email or question;
- keep this website secure, working and available;
- acknowledge donations and issue receipts;
- meet the recordkeeping, reporting and grant obligations that apply to a nonprofit organization.
We do not use your information to build advertising profiles, and we do not sell it.
Who we share it with
We share information only in these situations:
- Service providers who help us operate — our website host, our email provider and our donation platform. They may only use the information to provide their service to us.
- When the law requires it — in response to a valid legal demand, or where disclosure is necessary to protect someone's safety.
We do not sell, rent or trade personal information, and we do not share donor information with other organizations for their own use.
How long we keep it
We keep correspondence and donation records for as long as we need them for the purpose they were collected, and for as long as our legal, tax, audit and grant obligations require. Technical website records are kept for the shorter periods our hosting provider maintains. When information is no longer needed, we dispose of it securely.
Your choices
You can write to us at any time to ask what information we hold about you, to correct it, or to ask us to delete it. We will do so unless we are required to keep it — for example, donation records needed for tax and audit purposes.
If you would rather not have your browser contact Google for fonts, most browsers and privacy extensions can block those requests. The site will still work; it will simply use your device's default typefaces.
Children's privacy
This website is intended for adults and for the professionals who work with them. It is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.
Links to other websites
This site links to other organizations, resources and our donation platform. Once you follow a link, you are on someone else's website, governed by their privacy policy rather than ours. We encourage you to read it.
Security
We take reasonable measures to protect the information in our care. No website or method of transmission is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. Please do not send sensitive personal or health information to us by email. If you need to discuss something sensitive, call us or come in.
Changes to this policy
If we change how this website handles information, we will post the revised policy here and update the date at the top of the page. Continuing to use the site after a change means the revised policy applies.
