These terms apply to your use of TTC-solutions.org, the website of Tiff Top Community Solutions, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization in Columbus, Ohio. By using this site, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
This site is not an emergency service
We are not staffed around the clock and we cannot respond to emergencies through this website. If someone is in danger, call 911. If you or someone you know is in crisis or thinking about suicide, call or text 988 to reach the Suicide and Crisis Lifeline, free and available 24 hours a day.

What this site is
This website exists to describe who we are, what our programs do, and how to get in touch. It is an informational site. It is not a service portal, and using it does not enroll you in anything.
Not professional advice
The information on this site is general. It is not legal advice, medical or clinical advice, treatment advice, housing advice or employment advice, and it is not a substitute for speaking with a qualified professional about your own situation. Do not delay seeking professional help because of something you read here.
No online intake
Services begin in person, not online. There is no application form on this website, and nothing here collects requests for service.
Contacting us by phone or email does not by itself make you a participant in our programs, does not create a professional or counseling relationship, and does not guarantee that services will be provided. Whether we are able to serve someone depends on eligibility and on the capacity we have at the time, and those are determined in person.
Program availability
Programs, services, schedules and eligibility described on this site may change. Where a service is identified on this site as not yet available, it is not available yet. Nothing on this site is a promise that a particular program, placement, outcome or piece of assistance will be available to any individual.
Donations
Donations are processed by a third-party donation platform and are also subject to that platform's own terms and privacy policy. We never receive or store your card number.
Donations are generally non-refundable. If you believe a gift was made in error or in the wrong amount, contact us promptly and we will work with you to correct it.
Employment and staffing services
Our Second Chance Staffing program connects candidates with employers who choose to participate. Nothing on this site is a guarantee of employment for any candidate, or a guarantee to any employer about a particular candidate's performance, suitability or background. Employers remain responsible for their own hiring decisions and for complying with the laws that govern them.
Our content and trademarks
The text, design, layout, photographs, logo and name of Tiff Top Community Solutions belong to us or are used with permission. You are welcome to link to this site, and to print or share pages for personal use or to refer someone to our services. Please do not republish our content, or use our name or logo in a way that suggests we endorse or are affiliated with something, without asking us first.
Links to other websites
We link to other organizations and resources because they may be useful. We do not control those sites, we are not responsible for their content or accuracy, and a link is not an endorsement.
Acceptable use
Please do not use this site to break the law, to attempt to gain access to systems or accounts you are not entitled to, to disrupt or overload the site, or to harass anyone.
Accessibility
We want this site to be usable by everyone, including people using screen readers, keyboard navigation or magnification, and we build it with the WCAG 2.1 Level AA guidelines in mind. If you run into something on this site you cannot use, please tell us. We will fix it, and in the meantime we will give you the same information another way.

This site is provided as is. We work to keep it accurate and available, but we do not warrant that it will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that the information on it is complete or current at any given moment.
Limitation of liability

Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any dispute relating to this website will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Franklin County, Ohio.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. When we do, we will post the revised version here and update the date at the top of the page. Continuing to use the site after a change means the revised terms apply.
